The second edition of the popular text, Fundamentals of Energy Regulation, coauthored by Jonathan Lesser, PhD, and Leonardo Giacchino, PhD, will be published by Public Utilities Reports, Inc. in the Fall 2013.  The second edition provides important updates on new regulatory case law and market developments in the US and abroad, as well as expands discussion of key economic and regulatory concepts.
